Conyers Country Homes is an authorized builder for Manorwood
Modular Homes. In 2002, Conyers Country Homes was awarded the
manufactures "Founders Award", in recognition of the
highest standard of integrity, professionalism and superior sales
results. Conyers Country Homes evolved from Conyers Construction
Company, Inc. a general construction contractor of many quality
institutional and public works, commercial and residential homes.
Conyers Construction CO. Inc.,
founded by Roy C. Conyers, has operated in Manchester, Ct. since
1954. Over the years Conyers Construction Company have built
elementary schools, high school renovations, sewage treatment
plants in Plainfield and West Goshen Ct., water pump stations,
convalescent homes, and hospital additions. Commercial projects
such as the Quality Inn, Comfort Inn and Riverview Office Building
in Vernon. The shops at 30 and Ellington Commons shopping plaza
and in 1992 the restoration of the historical Cheney Hall in
Manchester, CT... Conyers Construction Company received the "Grand"
award in the Best Historical Reconstruction category of the 1992
National Commercial Builders Council for the restoration of Cheney
Hall.
Residential construction includes
condominium complexes in Hartford, West Hartford, Simsbury and
apartment buildings in Farmington. Single family home construction
continues today with a satellite office and model home in Central
Village, Ct. under current president Ron Conyers dba Conyers
Country Homes. Conyers Country Homes has built over 250 custom
modular homes in Eastern Connecticut, including the Dow Hill
Farms residential development in Plainfield, Ct.

officers are Ron Conyers and Hal Bradbury. Hal Bradbury has over
30 years of construction and modular home experience. Hal's expertise
includes all aspects of property development from site approvals,
site engineering to custom modular design and on-site construction.
Hal's straightforward and honest approach has given direction
to clients ranging from the largest custom home buyers in Stamford
and Greenwich, CT. to the first-time homeowner. Sale Associate,
Joanne Corporal has over 20 years experience in new home modular
