I want to refer a friend

We are satisfied client of Conyers Modular Builders. Doing business with them from 1st day discussing our goals and plans through to the final day when we received the key to our new home was a great experience, we had felt like we were part of a family. All the people we came in contact with, office personal down to the contractors involved from start to finish had build a trust with us that was unique in terms of character, responsibility, and awareness. Before we sat down to sign a contact, we were referred to and shown other client's that had been built and we were able to meet with the home owner to discuss their experience and any issue's with Conyers Modular Construction. Our decision to purchase a home was based on these referrals and recommendations of satisfied client's. Also they keep the job site clutter-free and disposed of trash properly. A thank you goes out to Hal, Joan, Heidi and everyone else that were involved for turning our dream home into a reality.

If you want the best in the business, look no further than Conyers Country
Homes LLC is who you are seeking. To understand their quality of service,
you must understand what we had experienced prior.

My wife and I were given land as a wedding gift. We looked into stick
built homes first and found the only thing stick built would offer was a longer
time from imagination to completion. Tired of renting, we opted for a modular
due to the time estimations.

We chose a builder who had demo homes, partially setup who seemed to have
a good quality. We gave them a deposit, had a lien put on our land and
started the process. After several months of nothing happening we started to
question what we had got ourselves into. We started to browse around for other
builders, and it was the best thing we could have done. We found Conyers
Country Homes, LLC.

We met with Hal and Joanne after a quick phonecall for an appointment. We
met them in their office and explained to them what we were after in a home.
They showed us many different options, including their own demo unit onsite.
When we saw the demo unit, we were blown away. It was beautiful. It wasn't a
big empty shell, it had furnature inside, showing it as a real home.

Three days later, we signed papers. Conyers began taking steps on our
project immediately. Before we had even given a deposit, they had started in on
the initial steps on the project. Within a week, they had done more on our
project then our previous builder had done in 3 months. We were elated
with the way we were treated from our very first call to moment the home was
ours.

The crew that Conyers Country Homes has was outstanding. The general
contracting was TOP NOTCH. We had the luck of having family on the road
the house was being built on, and were able to watch the progress. The crew
was out there in weather in the single digits, keeping to their own
estimations every step of the way.

My father was a carpenter by trade with over 40 years of experience. He
had been on many house building crews in the past. He was able to bring us
the true understanding of what a quality job was being done. Although we were
recieving a modular home, the upstairs was to be completed not in a
factory, but onsite by Conyers.

Everything in our home was done to code, and beyond. The craftsmanship
was beyond belief. We did not recieve anything low quality, no corners were
cut to save a dollar. Everything was well thought out, planned and successful
in every way. I have a 10'x12' deck on the back of the house that I could
pack with people shoulder to shoulder and we have no doubt that it would still
take more. The stairs leading up to this deck have 3 runners. The middle
runner on a stairway that does not require it shows the craftsmanship and pride
that has gone into the entire house.

If I was to do it again, or be asked of who we would recommend, it would
be Conyer's Country Homes. Conyer's Country Homes is simply the best in the
business.
